Josh Ritsky was 19 and lived in Warminster, Pennsylvania. Early Sunday he was one of six people in a vehicle on the New Jersey Turnpike near Cranbury when everything went wrong near mile marker 69.9.

The crash hit around 5:06 a.m. Josh and 16-year-old Dominic Fenton from Hatboro were ejected. Both were pronounced dead right there on the road.

The other four riders went to the hospital. Their injuries varied, and officials have not said how serious they are.

Families from both towns are dealing with sudden loss. Money for funerals and other costs started coming in through online fundraisers set up by people close to the boys.

Dominic played basketball, gamed on Xbox, and rooted for Philly teams. Those details came from the people who knew him best.

Josh was known for his drive and the way he showed up for the people around him. That is how those who raised money for his family described him.

State police and county investigators are still working the case. They have asked anyone who saw anything to call in. So far the cause of the crash has not been released.
